Finding the real 10Bet site

Site not opening? Where to get a safe link and what to avoid.

Signs of the genuine website

The real 10Bet site is https://10bet-kenya.org/. A bookmark protects you better than any search result or link from a stranger. Search results and ads can occasionally point to look-alike pages.

At the bottom of the page. The footer quotes licence number ALSI-112310012-FI5. Active since 2019. The 10Bet review covers the licence and the operator in more detail.

Check for the padlock. Small spelling differences in the domain are a classic sign of a fake. Sloppy details are typical of copies. Never enter payment details on a domain you have not verified.

If the site does not open

Depending on where you are, the main domain may not open. The safe route is to ask support for the current official address.

Only the operator can say which addresses are genuine. Get the current address from support or the official channels, not from search results. Unofficial mirror lists are a favourite hiding place for phishing pages. Keep the confirmed address in your bookmarks and avoid searching for it.

No access to the main domain

A few simple steps usually help:

• Write to support for the current address
• Ignore unofficial lists of so-called mirrors
• Type the address yourself rather than searching
• Check your connection and try another browser

Clones and phishing

Clone sites copy the design of real casinos to steal logins and payments. They usually reach players via unsolicited links. Unusually big promises are the bait. What a genuine code looks like is explained in the guide to 10Bet promo codes.

No genuine employee will ever ask for your password. The same applies to one-time codes sent by SMS or email. Let support know about fake sites so they can warn others, ideally with a screenshot and the address. The customer support guide lists the official channels.

Entered your login on a suspicious page? Change the password on the official site immediately. Then turn on 2FA if it is not active yet and tell support what happened. Let your bank or wallet know if payment data was exposed.

Protecting your account

Set up 2FA. It adds a strong extra layer of protection. Use a password that is unique to this account.

Always log out on shared or public devices. Avoid deposits and withdrawals on open Wi-Fi networks. An up-to-date device is a safer device.

From time to time, check your account activity. Unknown activity means: change the password and write to support at once. Help is available 24/7. Password resets go through your email, so protect it as well.

Apps and downloads

The APK for Android comes straight from 10Bet. Third-party downloads can carry malware. When in doubt, check with the team before installing. Installation is described in our Android app guide.

The mobile site with a shortcut works on any phone and needs no installation. It is one of the simplest anti-phishing measures. The mobile site has a guide of its own. Refresh the shortcut if the address changes.

Tools promising to beat the games are at best useless and at worst malicious. Such tools may log what you type, and steal your login. Game results cannot be changed from your device, so there is no reason to install one.

Before you log in

Keep this short checklist in mind. Look at the domain, padlock and footer details. Use bookmarks or official links from support.

Combine a unique password with 2FA. Never share passwords or codes, and report suspicious messages. Play responsibly and set limits in your account. A safe account is the basis for enjoying the games without worries. A page that does not pass the checks should be closed and reported, so others can be warned.
